Brämhults has been Purveyor to the Court since 2005. Preceding the Royal Wedding on July 19th, 2010, the juice company asked the Swedish public for their input in delivering one liter of the most fantastic juice the world has yet seen.

Amongst the suggestions received, were variations of juice made of princess’ marmelade, advanced taste combinations like green pepper and vanilla and more innovative suggestions like entrecote, jellyfish and shark fins.

After Brämhults’ customers have sent in almost one thousand suggestions, the Royal Juice was decided upon: Apple with Swedish strawberries, seeds from one whole vanilla fruit – and a drop of passion fruit. The juice was handed over by Brämhults’ Managing Director, Peter Holm, to the head chef, Markus Burkart, at Drottningholm Castle – broadcasted live.
