Fredells is a unique hardware store. No other hardware store in the Stockholm area is able to offer to same amount of specialist competencies. When other stores are competing on being the cheapest at the cost of service and assortment, Fredells is doing the opposite and develops tools for service.

They use their homepage for helping out via live-chat and SMS, rather than just listing the daily specials. And in the store they apply service numbers and drive-out instead of “pick-yourself warehouse”.
