Action
You’re not being judged by what you say, but by what you do. Likewise, successful brands communicate through actions, not words. An action can be a product, a service, a project or a manifestation. By and large it could be just about anything – as long as it makes a real difference.

Community
The more people who take action together, the stronger it becomes. That is why whatever you do has to engage even your customers, members, industry, or other relevant people to participate. For any form of cooperation to succeed, however, there have to be clear advantages for all parties involved.

Distribution
If the combination of action and community is strong enough, the result spreads organically. The impact becomes even stronger with the help of purchased media, but the idea itself needs to be sufficiently strong on its own to deserve space – both in the media and in people’s minds.
